Roads are Done!

The development portion of Phase 1 of Las Colinas is now complete. Beautiful black top roads contrast with the South Texas skyline! These roads make up the entry to the Las Colinas neighborhood along with Sendera Way and Cadena Loop - the first two residential streets to hold new construction homes in Kenedy, Texas, in a REALLY long time. 

We expect the forms to be set for the first 10 foundations by the end of this week. All homes currently being built are for sale, and the earlier that you claim yours, the more options you get to pick for YOUR home. The homes will be lovely, Crafstman style architecture with modern materials. Fenced in backyards, green grass, granite countertops, open floor plans, and so much more.
