Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!

Silverback Homes was excited to join with the Kenedy Chamber of Commerce on July 9, 2014, for the official ribbon cutting ceremony for Las Colinas neighborhood! 

We had a wonderful turnout that included city leaders, chamber members, interested investors, local vendors, and the entire Silverback Homes development team. 

Silverback Homes surprised all of the attendees with a Texas Precious Metals 1 oz silver coin as a thank you for attending. 

Development has begun on the 166 acres that will soon represent the only single family housing development within miles of Kenedy. The development comes at a much needed time for the continued growth of Karnes County. With new hotels, new Super Wal-Mart, new HEB, new hospital, new school, and new Eagle Ford Shale headquarters for Conoco Phillips, the long term professionals moving into the community desperately need a place to live.

Silverback Homes is providing a solution to that problem by offering high quality, affordable homes in a reasonable price range. We're excited to be in Kenedy and thank all of you who attended our ribbon cutting ceremony to help kick off this huge and exciting project!
