Dirt's Moving!

The people of Kenedy have heard about this so called subdivision happening since 2010; therefore, we understand the skepticism that hovered over this project when it was resurrected by the new developer, Silverback Homes, in 2014. However, the proof is in the pudding! Dirt is moving...This thing is happening! 

Construction on Las Colinas is moving along well. The streets have been excavated to the subgrade and sewer installation has begun. 

The final touches are being put on our 8 available floor plans and we'll be ready to sell our first pre-construction homes within a few weeks!
