Grand Opening! October 10th and 11th

Las Colinas will be open for business on October 10th at 9am! We're so excited to announce that we will be taking pre-construction contracts on the first batch of Phase 1 homes. Choose your lot and choose your floor plan and become a part of beautiful Las Colinas. The first batch of 30 homes to begin construction prior to December 31st so make sure to claim yours quickly. They will be sold on a first come first serve basis! 

Awesome News: If you visit us at the Grand Opening event on October 10th or 11th AND sign a contract within 30 days, you will receive a GRAND to be used towards your closing costs. If you use our preferred lender, Cornerstone Home Lending, to secure your mortgage, you will receive your title policy for free. So many great incentives you won't want to miss!
