It's summertime at Las Colinas and with summer comes change. Change for a lot of families who are moving towns and school districts during the 3 month lull in life. We are so excited to welcome many new neighbors into Las Colinas and its only the beginning of June! 

The executive team of Silverback Homes got a personal tour this week of all the construction occurring at Las Colinas - it was so much fun! Big windows, hilltop breezes, radiant barrier roof decking, black top roads, open floor plans, trayed ceilings, great porches, beautiful views, - the homes are coming alive! Can't wait for the masonry, drywall, paint, granite countertops, tile, and cabinets. Homes expected to be complete sometime in July!

We have added one more floor plan to the website since you've last looked! We called it the Persimmon and its the perfect compromise in both space and price between the Bluebonnet and the Primrose. It's under $200,000 and has a great welcoming floor plan just perfect for entertaining. You can walk through a Persimmon under construction at 507 Sendera Way in Las Colinas! Off of Hwy 181, turn onto Business Park Drive next to the Super Wal-Mart. Take a right onto Las Colinas Parkway, a right on Cadena Loop, and a left on Sendera Way to check it out. The development portion of Phase 1 of Las Colinas is now complete. Beautiful black top roads contrast with the South Texas skyline! These roads make up the entry to the Las Colinas neighborhood along with Sendera Way and Cadena Loop - the first two residential streets to hold new construction homes in Kenedy, Texas, in a REALLY long time.

Las Colinas will be open for business on October 10th at 9am! We're so excited to announce that we will be taking pre-construction contracts on the first batch of Phase 1 homes. Choose your lot and choose your floor plan and become a part of beautiful Las Colinas. The first batch of 30 homes to begin construction prior to December 31st so make sure to claim yours quickly. They will be sold on a first come first serve basis! 

The people of Kenedy have heard about this so called subdivision happening since 2010; therefore, we understand the skepticism that hovered over this project when it was resurrected by the new developer, Silverback Homes, in 2014. However, the proof is in the pudding! Dirt is moving...This thing is happening!
